The Natalie G. Heineman Smart Love Preschool and its Summer Camp are located on Chicago’s North Side in a beautiful historic mansion with a flourishing outdoor yard and garden, which our preschool campers will tend and grow. Inside, the preschool consists of two classrooms, a children’s library and a toddler play space.

Our Preschool Summer Camp embodies the joys of summer.

Join us both inside and outside to experience our play-based curriculum and the fun of exploring Garden Life-Insects & Arachnids, Camping & Cooking, Transportation & Festivals, Farm Animals, Zoo Animals and the Beach. We combine these fun and exciting themes with our expansive gardening program. We play timeless games and learn about nature in our beautiful garden and fenced yard. Children have a seed-to-table experience! They plant, water and care for fruits, vegetables and herbs, watch them grow, and then harvest! Our enthusiastic gardeners then make fruit smoothies, pizzas, salads and more! All Summer Campers are invited to our final day of camp at the beach! We can’t wait!

Duration

• Camp for ages 3 – 6 years old is offered June 12th through July 21st
• 5 day option (Monday through Friday)
• 4 day option (Monday through Thursday)
• Minimum sign up: Two weeks

• Hours: 8:40 – 11:40 am
• Lunch Bunch Option (Monday through Thursday only): 11:30 – 12:30 pm
• Note: No Lunch Bunch on Fridays

Summer Application Process

• Submit application and your $25 non-refundable application fee to
  Smart Love Preschool, 800 W. Buena Avenue, Chicago, IL 60613
• Attend Parent and Child Play Session
• Upon Acceptance, sign family tuition agreement and pay tuition to reserve your space
